Plot:
Lead actor Vikrant Massey has nailed the character of Village guy who has achieved his dream of being an IPS officer despite failing in 12th exam. The story commences in a village named Chambal, where an individual initiates preparations for his 12th standard examination by crafting a cheat sheet. The whole village examination system was influenced by the local politician and students were given freedom to cheat and among them was Manoj Kumar Sharma who was desperate to pass his 12th exam. However, he could not pass the exam that year as the police officer Dushant Singh interferes and stops the cheating tradition.
Manoj Kumar gets highly influenced from the honesty of Dushant Singh and begins to start his life journey without cheating and finally passes 12th grade exam with 3rd division without cheating next year. Manoj passes BA and wants to become an officer like Dushant Singh. He goes to Gwalior to prepare for PSC coaching centre where he looses all his belongings. Manoj finds that the government has closed PSC programs for next three years. He feels disturbed and frustrated.
In a small restaurant in Gwalior he meets Pandey who was about to go to Delhi to prepare for UPSC exam and Manoj requests to join and leaves for Delhi. The real struggle of Manoj begins where he cleans toilet, library to meet his day to day needs. He was focused and dedicated to the study. Despite all difficulties, Manoj manages to become an IPS officer.
